Usage and Supply of Content
This page sets out the terms, conditions and rights of the Mount Barker Tourist Bureau (Inc.) WA (MBTB) as the incorporated and registered Board administering the Mount Barker Visitor Centre (MBVC) and Colin Molloy Website Designs and Computing Solutions as designer and author of this website.
Copyright and Usage
All content within this website is subject to copyright and/or usage restrictions and cannot be used either reproduced, derived, extracted or by any other process in whole or in part without the express fully qualified consent of the MBTB.
Copy (text) is owned by the MBTB and is copyright. Copy can be used for information purposes only. Replicating passages, whole or in part, is not permissible without the express fully qualified consent of the MBTB.
Images/Graphics fall into a number of “ownership/copyright/use categories:
Images/graphics created by Colin Molloy Website Designs (CMWD).
Images supplied by other parties and the MBTB/VC given express and limited written permission to use them on our website and / or Facebook page.
Images provided by Members for use on our Website/ Facebook page.
Images extracted from Member's Facebook pages. With over 1,000 images we simply did not have the time and resources to “write” to all parties and exhaustively acquire permission and obtain other images. If any party objects they can have the images replaced if they provide suitable alternatives or the images will be removed.
The MBTB / MBVC does not have any authority or mandate, express or implied to grant third parties access or use of any images whole or in part or otherwise edited and/or derived. Such permission would have to be sought and obtained from the intellectual property owner and any rights, disputes and claims are solely between those parties.
Supply of Content
Where written permission to use content owned by the MBTB as supplied by CMWD is sought and is granted by the MBTB in writing, then the MBTB respects the rights of CMWD to be the supplier and to enter into any commercial arrangement with the authorised party.
